Containment Kits  Our SafeGuards® line of portable
chemical spill containment products are designed for use in reacting to emergency related accidental
chemical spill situations. Examples include tractor trailer saddle tank fuel line ruptures, overfills from refueling aircraft, locomotive refueling or any other application that would normally be considered impractical for the more proactive PREVENT heavy duty line of drive-through products. For public safety first responders and HazMat teams, the PREVENT® Lite offers the user an inexpensive, lightweight, versatile quick and easy means of capturing leaking
chemicals that helps minimize ground contamination and associated cleanup costs and effort. The same PREVENT® Lite can double as a HazMat decon containment pool for Hot, Warm, or Cold Zone decon applications.
Our newly improved Rapid Response Berm offers the user the most economical, fastest
chemical containment deployment possible in a variety of sizes, but improved chemical resistance for a wider array of hazardous liquids or solids.
Both the PREVENT® Lite and the newly improved Rapid Response Berm can be incorporated into a customized total
chemical spill containment response solution for your specific requirement. By including these products with our line of SafeGuards® Spill Response Kits, which utilize a wide variety of sorbent products, acid neutralizers and Personal Protective Equipment, we offer a specific solution to meet your needs. In responding to a spill occurrence, simply deploy the
chemical containment berm under the chemical leak to prevent additional hazardous liquids from hitting the ground. Then use the included sorbents to address
chemical contaminants that have already hit the ground to prevent migration to storm sewers, culverts or other sources that might eventually lead to navigable waterways and costly remediation cleanups.
